Friday, October 1

• Heaven Hill Road Rally

Spend the morning rolling through the beautiful Bluegrass on your way
to historic Bardstown and the marvelous Heaven Hill Distilleries.

Recently voted the best distiller in the United States for the second consecutive time, Heaven Hill makes a fabulous destination.

Once there, the folks at Heaven Hill will serve a catered lunch and conduct special private tours of one of Kentucky’s premier bourbon sites.

Schedule

• Arrive at 8:15am at Churchill Downs’ Longfield Parking Lot for registration    and coffee.
• First car leaves at 9:00am from Churchill Downs
• Cars will leave and travel by club or marque

• “Welcome to Louisville” Get Together

   Private informal party for exhibitors, judges, sponsors and invited guests.

 

 

Saturday, October 2

    

• Dawn at the Downs Champagne Brunch

Exclusive to exhibitors, judges, sponsors and special guests, this event starts with a private viewing of the horses that call Churchill Downs home going through their morning workout on a quiet October morning. Guests are then treated to a lovely champagne brunch at the Kentucky Derby Museum, followed by a private tour of historic Churchill Downs.

   

 

• Concours-Eve Gala

Cocktails under the stars in Churchill Downs’ famous paddock, where guests sip fine Kentucky bourbon while watching some of the most famous races in Kentucky Derby history on the Jumbotron. The Churchill Downs Bugler’s ‘Call to the Post’ announces dinner and a live charity auction in the famed Millionaire’s Row.

Sunday, October 3

 

• Louisville Concours d’Elegance

Some of the most famous and historic collector cars in the country are put on display in the infield of Churchill Downs, each competing for the coveted “Best In Show” crystal trophy. The day includes VIP facilities, refreshments & entertainment, a fashion show (featuring Concours cars), an automotive artists exhibit and other attractions.
